Patrick J. Woytek represents business clients in commercial transactions, commercial real estate, zoning and land use, municipal law, and general counsel matters. As a former in-house General Counsel for a multi-business entity, Mr. Woytek understands his clients' business and legal needs and focuses his practice on delivering superior results. Mr. Woytek enjoys serving as a trusted advisor and counselor, guiding clients through complex issues and providing excellent service.
Mr. Woytek's roots are in complex commercial litigation, products liability matters, toxic torts, medical malpractice defense, and fraud and internal investigations, having spent 18 years with two Chicago-based law firms. In that capacity, he represented clients in federal and state courts across the country and in a variety of alternative dispute resolution forums. While serving as a General Counsel to multiple business entities, Mr. Woytek guided his companies through commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory matters, corporate governance, real estate matters, litigation and risk management, and labor and employment issues.
Mr. Woytek received his Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from DePaul University.
