Ryan M. McGuire concentrates his practice in trust and estate planning and administration, business succession planning, as well as commercial transactions and business general counsel matters. Mr. McGuire has an intimate understanding of how to navigate nuanced and complex family dynamics, and he enjoys collaborating with clients to achieve their trust and estate planning goals and to put their minds at ease. As a former trust and estate litigation attorney, Mr. McGuire has encountered a variety of contested trust and estate matters, which have provided him with unique insight as to proper drafting and effective planning. Mr. McGuire also enjoys assisting clients with any challenges they are presented with in their business affairs.

Mr. McGuire earned his Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law, and proudly holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Born and raised in the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago, Mr. McGuire is committed to providing exceptional service to his community.
