Timothy G. Lawler
Of Counsel
Timothy Lawler is of Counsel with the firm Sosin, Arnold & Schoenbeck Ltd. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law (J.D., 1982) and holds a bachelor's degree from Yale University (B.A., 1978).
Mr. Lawler's practice areas include corporate law, health care law, and commercial transactions. He has had extensive experience in all facets of business law and financing matters. His practice involves serving as corporate counsel for a variety of business concerns, including manufacturing and service companies, several healthcare institutions, and senior housing facilities. He is currently admitted to the State Bar of Illinois and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Lawler is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the Illinois Association of Healthcare Attorneys, the Chicago Bar Association, and the Illinois State Bar Association. He has lectured to a variety of audiences on diverse business law-related matters and has served as an instructor at the University of Illinois at Chicago Center for Enterprise Development. Mr. Lawler is a former chairman of the Chicago Bar Association Health and Hospital Law Committee.
Mr. Lawler served as chairman and a board member of the St. Damian School Board, and is a Past President and board member of the Midlothian Country Club.
